Introduction
Text about the play
Starting Here, Starting Now is a musical revue featuring the songs of Richard Malbty Jnr., and David Shire. Neither had ever had a Broadway success and it was ironic that this compilation became so successful as an off-Broadway show. They did eventually reach Broadway in the mid-80s with Baby.
The cast and crew enjoyed great success with this little musical at SLTC and they took it on the road to the Isle of Wight for a weekend season during the summer of that year.
