Large flat roof

The large flat roof contains the Workshop. It is partially decked allowing it to be used occasionally for productions and social events.
It has a spiral staircase that leads down the outside of the building which is the fire exit from the Rehearsal Room and the caretaker' flat and has an entrance to the 1st Floor.
