A comic play, set behind the scenes of the Carry On movies.

Introduction

Filming ain’t as glamorous as it’s cracked up to be. It’s a miserable business if your caravan leaks, your co-star’s a manic depressive, and those younger women aren’t so young any more.

Then onto the set wiggles Babs Windsor, a spunky, loud-mouthed, blonde bombshell who gives just as good as she gets - and Sid falls madly in lust.

Set in Sid James’ caravan-cum-dressing room at Pinewood Studios during the making of the eponymous films, Sid attempts to romance Barbara under the arched eyebrows of Kenneth Williams.

Cast

  • Imogen Hassall
  • Kenneth Williams
  • Barbara Windsor
