Performances: Wed 6th – Sat 9th March 2002, Bell Theatre

Introduction

A light hearted compilation of prose, poetry, songs, jokes, facts and stories about all aspects of theatre.

From the dizzy heights of Shakespeare to the lowly corner of the prompter, the variety of subjects covered is equal only to the diversity of the contributors.

From Victoria Wood to D H Lawrence, from John Gielgud to Stephen Sondheim, from the Bard himself via George Bernard Shaw to Noel Coward, Alan Bennett, Stephen Fry and, of course, Anon - it's all here for the fun of it (and just a tiny bit of instruction).

(Based upon Stage By Stage - an entertainment originally devised by Les and Ruth Lidyard.)
