Introduction

'Poets on Love' is a collection of poems and a little prose based on the theme of love. The items have been taken from the owrks of many poets who range from Shakespeare to Thomas Hardy. The result , we trust, is an honest, frank and often houmerous look at a subject dear to all our hearts.

The reading was previously preformed at the first week of the Edinburgh Festival last August and in the Nettlefold Hall on 2nd April 1976.
